Sambal Tempoyak Goreng


Sekarang kat Malaysia tengah musim durian, maka hari tu kita pun memuaskan keinginan kita untuk menjamah masakan yang ku sukai ini. Untuk yang di Riyadh tu pejam-pejamkan la mata itu takut mengidam .. hehehe

SAMBAL TEMPOYAK GORENG

Bahan-bahan

Ikan bilis segenggam - goreng garing
Tempoyak -  1 senduk
Bawang besar 1 biji - dihiris
Kunyit hidup 1 inci
Cili padi - agak2 kalau suka pedas, lebihkan - ditumbuk halus bersama kunyit
Daun kunyit sehelai - dihiris
Minyak utk menumis
Garam & gula secukup rasa

Cara Membuatnya

  1. Goreng bilis garing, ketepikan.
  2. Panaskan minyak, tumiskan cili yg ditumbuk bersama kunyit hidup.
  3. Masukkan bawang besar hiris.
  4. Masukkan tempoyak, daun kunyit garam & gula secukup rasa.
  5. Akhir sekali masukkan ikan bilis.
  6. Hidangkan bersama nasi panas & ulam2 seperti petai, kerdas, jering…hehehe..terangkattt…..

Balik Kampung Trip : Gunung Ledang


Aiseh dah penat bercerita. After Melaka, we head back to Encik Suami’s hometown in Batu Pahat. After a day in BP we decided to spend a night at Kaki Gunung Ledang then go back to BP. No we didn’t go camping. Umminya, ex-King Scout lost her camping skill lepas beranak 4. Hehe .. well maybe someday when the kids are bigger. There is a resort at the foot of the mountain, Gunung Ledang Resort. The room was ok but a bit too many flies. Windows/sliding doors to the balcony must be shut all the time. The balcony overlooking the mountain was the best part of the hotel. It’s big enough for the family to makan2 outside. Nyaman if there were no flies.

It was drizzling when we arrived at Gunung Ledang Resort. The weather didn’t stop us from changing our clothes and set off to the waterfall and swim swim swim. But the siren did. On our way to the waterfall, which was walking distance, a pakcik advised us not to swim there that day since the rain caused a heavy current, takut hanyut. And the water was berkeladak. Apa ye in english. So we just stared at the waterfall and head back to main air in the pool.

Balik Kampung Trip : Banda Hilir


Before we went back to Batu Pahat, we stopped by Banda Hilir to catch a glimpse of Bandar Melaka. The new thing in Melaka is Menara Taming Sari. The last time we went to Melaka was when Ammar, our first-born, was less than a year old.
